I picked out a good, though kind of depressing quote from Six Feet Under tonight:

"I know that if you think life's a vending machine where you put in virtue and take out happiness than you're going to be disappointed."

It just sort of hit home...


I've been working. It does feel good to get out of the house most days at least. The work is fairly easy, and not too stressful most days. The pay is good enough, and I'm getting a decent amount of hours because my scedule is pretty much open (except for karaoke night/morning ).


I really hope to get myself a nice Halloween costume this year. I didn't realize that we'd already hit October. I hope that I still have time!

I love Halloween. It's one of the only holidays that I do celebrate.

What is everyone doing for Halloween? I haven't planned mine out yet.
