That said.. the boy and I are gearing up for another Vegas trip yay! We're again going during Defcon. Not to be confused with going *for* Defcon. Like hell if I'm going to pay the $80 and stay at the crappy convention hotel.
We've decided to drive this time. I've never been much of one for road trips, however I am really looking forward to us driving there. Some parts of the journey are actually quite nice, like the windmills, and the cherry groves (or some other beautiful blossoming tree grove-thingy). That, and I bought the boy satellite radio, so there will be no tuning back and forth between the golden oldies and the hard rock station. w00t i say!
