Why did it take a while to size it? Did you have to take a few tries to get it to fit properly?

Chat is running slow for me right now too. I was happy to see they removed all the coming and going announcements, so I thought it might stay ok. I don't know if I want to sign off though, it took me so long to finally get it to log on tongue .I might not get bgack in again.
