I made jam recently:



I used Lillypilly's, which are fruit from a native Australian tree. Kinda like bush cherries, except you can't eat them raw. You gotta boil em first, which I did.

See?



I picked the lillypilly's off a tree on one of the main streets of my suburbs. It took me ages to get enough to make jam.



But it didn't take ages to make into jam, once all the ingredients had been compiled and sorted.



My housemate, Nick, told me I have a strong domestic streak. I think I'm a Nanna trapped in a young woman's body.
