What a good time i had at the L.O.A. show,they sounded great,brings me right back to the River Runs Red days and thats what 5,6 years ago..damm i getting old

The pit was so much fun,i wasint sure i would rock out down there..but i did,and was lovin it..i had forgoten what it was like ,music banging ,my heart pounding,fist's arms legs flying,all in one big blur of chaos and passion for the music.
Someone falls you pick them up,you fall and almost before u hit the gound someone's arms are around u dragging you back into it all..
I remember looking at my pal John and just smiling ,we have both been doing this for so many years together,and my friend and his girl Dawn,so tiny and pretty, but what a trooper,she can throw with the best of them..
Im truly blessed to have such good life long friends..
