it was an extremely productive weekend for me:
bought a coffin for my turntables/mixer & a cd scratcher/player (much much easier to move my gear around & now i can scratch any motherfucking thing that can ever be recorded!!!)
took my bro & nephew out to lunch for my bro's b-day
bought a shit-ton of vinyl at Vertigo
made a chopped & screwed version of "So Fancy" by Norm Biz & me (any nitwit can make those chopped & screwed songs, so easy. this was the first one i ever did)
finished a drawing i'd been working on for weeks
finished making a beat i'd started months ago
recorded scratches for a Super Nintendo Project track, "Negative Creep" (yes, a Nirvana inspired song)
organized a bunch of unmarked cd's & found some forgotten shit i'd recorded the last few years
finally looped up the Elimidate theme for a mixtape track about fucked up experiences with chicks (an idea i'd had for a long time)
recorded scratches for the American Mic Terrorists track "Attack of the Rhyming Bassheads, Part 5: Craqpipalypse Now"
got plenty of rest in between too
can you believe this basketball junkie didn't even take the time to watch the all-star game in vegas? (thank goodness for the dvr though, there's a fuckload of commercials i can zip through)

My center pieces are jack 'o lanterns and my lil favor bags are candy corn instead of potpourri. All the bouquets are black and orange as are the bridesmaids dresses. It's on 10-13-07. I wanted the 28th but it wasn't available at Grand Valley's Eberhard Center so I compromised. At least it's still in October!
