Yesterday morning, I had a dream where someone was telling me what I had to do when I woke up. We were standing by my van, and he said to get in and look in the rear view mirror for something. In the dream, i got in and looked and said "i can't really see anything." He said, "You've got to look really close... here, i'll give you some hints." And he smashed the left side of the mirror with a hammer, so i figured it had to be somewhere on the right. Then we got out of the van and he walked me over to this spot and said "Right about here. Why don't you measure the distance?" So i did, and I said "Hmm four, maybe four and a half paces." He said, "There, now you HAVE to find it." and i woke up.
So i went out to my van, got in, looked in the rear view mirror, couldn't really see anything, and got out and walked four and a half paces back and looked around. Didn't find anything for a while. Then, right as i gave up and was going to walk back into the house, I found this WEIRD OLD KEY right where the dream said it would be, which i'm sure wasn't there the first time i looked.
I took the key, but I'm not sure what I'm supposed to do with it now that i have it. My roomates recommended that I await further instructions in another dream. I had to wake up at 7 this morning (ugh) so I didn't really get a chance to dream at all, but maybe tomorrow morning something will happen.
