There's this hidden real world somewhere underneath the fake, shitty world that I live in. Sometimes I catch a glimpse of it in the shadows of a van on the interstate at 3 in the morning, in the unforced smile of a beautiful girl, in the silence of the streets when everyone else is getting drunk or going to sleep. There's something out there calling to me; I just can't seem to reach it.
