So here I am finally getting around to updating!

The Veteran's Day gig went really well. We all played well and my voice was strong despite my earlier concerns. The headliner mysteriously vanished, so we wound up taking their slot at the end of the night. The crowd was less than we had hoped for, but the people who were there had a blast. It would have been nice to have the crowd that the intended headliners brought out to hear our stuff, but at least we got to take our time with the set and have some fun without worrying about cutting into anyone's slot. We even threw in a couple extra tunes at the end when a few of the girls shouted "encore."
