Well I fell asleep early on Friday night and on Saturday I went out for some drinks. This one girl was trying to hit but on me in front of her boyfriend. I got away from her. I cleaned up my apartment on Sunday and a friend came by and I cooked Corned Beer, Cabbage, and Potatos with Irish Soda Bread.

well just started to practice softball and got a real bad cold from it by taking off my jacket when i got hot and now it caused me to be sick

I have my guy on a low calorie, think before you eat diet. We try not to use the word "diet" but call it " a change of eating habits" plan. The psychology is working, but he constantly asks me what he can and can't have. How is the Adkins working out? Are you hungry? He is a big guy anyway, ask ratty. We have to go out constantly and buy more food. Healthy food, but food none the less. I now realize, healthy food costs alot more than junk does! Still, he's doing really good so far.

About the water thing, here's a tip: Freeze bottles of water, as much as you should drink in a day. Make sure you don't completely fill them up(inch from the top) and also stand the bottles up so when they expand they don't go everywhere. Then, during the day..drink them as they thaw out. you won't even realize you are drinking so much til it's all gone! I did that this summer in Iraq cuz I HATE drinking water but life required it...and I drank about 8- 1 1/2 liter bottles a day!! I don't know how many ounces that it, but its a whole fuckin' lot!! If you're out somewhere, take two bottle with you. Drinking out of those cool sippy bottles seems more fun than a glass of water too. It all helps.
