A friend of mine introduced me to rock-climbing today. It is incredibly fun, and all of you who are in shape should try it. Just be warned, you need a hell of a lot of forearm strength to do the hard climbs.
Also, I had my afternoon with the cute Malaysian girl (who is actually ethnic Chinese, not Malay). She's really fun, and actually pretty interesting to talk to. Also, I think it's adorable that she's never experienced changing seasons before, and is slightly scared of the notion of snow. I am absolutely taking her skiing this winter if at all possible. Anyway, I really like her, and while her host family seems to work her hard enough that she doesn't have much free time, hopefully we'll be able to go out again. And, you know, make out.
