so finally after a week and a half of horrible pain my back is kind of feeling better...though now that i say that im afraid im going to wake up tomorrow morning in agony..
it seems my ability to post these frequently is diminishing...
*sob* im just waiting for a cd to finish ripping so i can burn a copy for a friend..
i had MORE...yes MORE dental work today..jkust a few fillings...
i dont have terrible hygene habits...i just have had dental insurance in 5 years ...so..now that i do have it im getting it all taken care of..YAY..2 grand later.....fo serious!
my jaw hurts from...holding it open so long this morning...my face was numb for 5 hours today...it was awesome..
i was working out at the gym today with fat face (as i call it) i could barely drink water from a bottle and i was dizzy from the sedatives...
woo woo!!! My laptop has met a terrible fate...my dog, er shes still a pup, has chewed thru the power cable..
its not just a couple bucks to get a new one its another 100$ thats what i get for gettin all fancy with my laptop..never again will i buy a fancy wancy thing...its too expensive to fix!
so its taking a break right now...thank goodness i have the boy's computer to use..
so to update anyone on anything interesting in my life i had a bummer of a case on tuesday at work..
she was a big big sweet dog who came in cause she was adr...vomiting..lethargic..etc..
we tried to get blood from her but her blood pressure was so low it was a challenge...
we did get an IV started and still couldnt get her BP up to anything thats close to normal..
we had to get her on hetastarch...then a dopamine drip cause the hetastarch wasnt working..
i literally spent the whole day with this dog keeping her alive er trying to...my office manager was helping me with her since there were other things going on at the clinic as well.
eventualy we were able to get xrays of her and found a big ol abnormal spot in her chest where her heart normally would be...i guess the sac around her heart was all enlarged...but anyways..
we had to give her a nasal catheter to keep her from turning blue cause she wasnt getting enough O2.
all day with this dog...end of the day comes around and we finally get the OK to euthanize her...
so it was kind of a bummer...but i like to think she knew we were there to help her and i hope she was comfortable..
so yeah...
so back to today...i got to spend the morning with the muffinfaced boy of my dreams...the hardcore rapper all start....yay! i also got to wake him up this evening before he left for work
i was at the pool for a little bit today..i havent been swimming in years...not that i really know how to swim..but i pretend! anyhow this is getting long...i should go..
