I'm back after being locked off of my internet for a few days!

not much other news, other than i cant wait to have a night out in Swansea next friday and then go back home the following weekend

So yesterday I found out I will definitely be going skiing! That made my day so good.

Today I am getting my tattoo done this also makes me very happy!

Legs not working properly from yesterdays run makes me walk funny ...

Hell yeah, had a small race with a co worker, it was a 3.5 mile run, i beat him by just over 1 minute! TBH we were side by side till we got to the half way point, then i slowly git ahead!

1) to improve my fitness even more!

One more day off work then! Tomorrow I'll find out if I get to drive back to Wales or spend the day on a train. So annoying traveling from Essex to South Wales ...
