I wanted to wish you a happy new year!
If you're like me, you may find it difficult to find a real meaning in these words, just saying it out of politeness, to be kind... After all, another year, another revolution around the sun, is just the repeating of the last one, a continuum, a cycle that never ends. We take the same things, and here we are again. What would anything be different?
But in the same time, another year, a new revolution around the sun, also means the end of something, the beginning of something else, the past letting the present replace it. So, why not believing, or at least hopping, a new year is like a new chance, a new beginning and say goodbye to 2022 and welcome 2023! Let's hope it will bring some good change... And, even more important, let's act to make it possible.
So, I wish you all a very happy new year, and lots of good things to you all ✨
