well i got my nails done last night... talked to my sis online... she's addicted to ebay.... she has mini pin's in the store... i want one... 700 normally i get one for 400.... we'll see... i think we better move before we get any more animals... the man's sister sister got back from Las Vegas with her b/f on saturday... they left tuseday night.... i for sure thought that they were going to get married out there... but she comes back saying they are engaged... yet she was already wearing a ring and she had already started planning the wedding... i wonder if they just want to be able to say "we got engaged in Las Vegas" well anywho... now the other sister is throwing them and engagement party... not this weekend... but next weekend (father's day weekend) joy! so we are invited. so here come the questions... for an engagement party you are supposed to give a gift, no? what do i do, they are not registered anywhere... if you bring a gift to the engagement party do you have to bring one to the wedding? all your help and advice would be appreciated...

I believe that you reserve gifts for the wedding shower and wedding as those are the only proper occasions that traditionally require gifts , you can allway get them a nice card and a gift certificate to their favorite restaurant , but bear in mind that if you are gonna be in the wedding party you will also be spending on a tux and dress for the two of you , so don't go overboard
