Today I'm way beyond stressed & I'm starting to wonder if I should have stayed in the Brattelboro Restreat longer than I did. I'm trying to cope with this & find heathy ways to do so, but my fiance David is not helping the situation right now because he is pretty up tight today. Ughhh!
