Well, well, time for a post.. i went for 2 big bike rides yesterday and had 2 flat tires and a blown spoke!! and im a city rider not a downhill mountain bike type!! it just wasn't my day i guess... its been very nice weather these days, vancouver has been real sunny all summer... but alas now the leaves will turn and the rain will come... time to fire up the sauna... any sauna freaks out there?? i sure am, i go to the ubc steam and sauna every day... feels so good!! I quit smoking offically 8 days ago, i am now a non smoker and will never smike again.. i was beggining to feel it in my left lung.. it was fucked, sucking on this coffin nail while i could feel pain.... oh man.. but now i am on the high road... riding my bike and baking in steam rooms...i will be putting some new pix up soon... aiko!
