not-getting-shitfaced plan slightly derailed last night. pffft. start again today.

failed to get axe-murdered by bloke-off-internet. reminds me of me. plays bagpipes. same age as me little brother. thinks i'm insane "in a good way" and "scarey. but cute. hmmmmmm.

going to posh garden party in edinburgh tommorrow with colleagues. think claire and i are being for our usefulness as talking points. might wear tartan trousers just to annoy / humour boss.

had the fucking weirdest dream last night. quite utterly bizzare. the last thing i remember anyone saying in it was "i'm a doctor, not an empire builder. i only need one hand"
