that all i needed
a nice big kick up the arse

well i now have time on my ands and it sucks

ysterday i lost my job because i had no way of poving a customer wrong.

my boss recived a letter of complaint stating that i ad been rude and un helpfull and had ended the call wth "fuck off" and hung up

non of which was true
but because the call centre dose not record its conversations and he had also brought the minister into it plus the old adage "the customer is always right even when there wrong" i now find myself out of a job


so any one out there know of a good job ofr a hard working straight down the line administrator let me know
