mm im so crispy brown now after a great weekend out in the bush
was very intence and full on weekend
the opening ceramonie on saturday nigth night was one of the most amazing and intence experiances of pure love i have ever felt
as i watched a couple perform a tantrick moment in the middle of the circle of performars
the energy radiating out form them was amazing

was on a buz for rest of the weekend

but also after a few other indolgences i have enjoyed way to much over the last coupel of years i am realising that they nolonger have the same joy any more even to the point they change me mentaly for the worst when i have had them
so form now on there will be no more alcohol and no more drugs
i really need to detox my body and help rebuild my brain


i knwo i have said this before
but after this weekends awakenigns i know i dont need these things to help me enjoy my social time with firends

plus i think my back account will love me for it as well
