Still feeling like shit! This is the longest cold ever - I wish it had been swine flu so I could have had the time off! But no! Just a normal regular annoying cold....

The weekend went really well (Might try and post a video clip of the faux artillery bombardment they asked for) now all I need is a few more of them to try and make enough money to start getting paid! It's a great feeling though when everyone has finished their game and as you're walking back behind them you can listen to 60 people all saying how big and loud the bangs were, how spectacular that fireball was or how they felt the concussion off the shellburst simulators.
I wish I could leave my office job and do it full time - another couple of yeasrs I reckon and I might have enough work to work for myself. Until then, back to the big glass building and it's endless stream of minions none of whom can do what they are told and/or trained to do.
Really looking forward to having the master bedroom all finished now and fully decorated. Slowly turning this place into a proper batchelor's pad. Still hurts inside to think about how I was planning on having a home to share with someone and looking forward to making this place our own but hey, what can you do. You win some and other's don't have a fucking clue what they really want but screw you around for a year until they finally decide to tear your heart out and spit in the gaping wound left behind.
I need some passion back.
