I can't stop thinking about whether it's even possible to find someone who would ever just let me let go. Someone with the same sense of adventure, drive and libido! I have wasted so many years of my life. I held back on so many things. I wish it hadn;t taken me so long to realise what it is to just give in and knock that sensible side of me to the ground sometimes.

Knowing what I let go of and the mistakes I've made since hurts. But I know why I did it at the time and I don;t know if I regret it.

But knowing what I've gained because of that decision comes someway to balancing out the gaping hole in my soul.
