I'm feeling so much better. 
Now I'm off to California after work to see my father T, his wife S, my half-sister A and her two kids in El Cerrito which is two towns North of Berkeley CA.
I also had wanted to get in contact with my mother, whose number I had lost years ago but who last I knew lived a little North of the Bay Area.
A searched the internet for Marrow's (her maiden name) in Oak Ridge TN and Sheppard's (her married name) in El Sobrante (her home) CA and Pontiac IL (her hubby's birthplace). I finally got a hold of my grandmother, whose name I don't even remember.
We chit chatted. Appearantly my half-sister on my mom's side R is in India teaching English, and that my mom went into chemo for 6 months for a neurological disorder. And her & her husband bought a gun shop in N Dakota and are planning to move up there and run the shop ?????
I should finish packing and get dressed to go. I won't be back until next Friday but I'll try to keep up from the sunny side.
