Today was a great day! I went out this morning for brunch with my friend Greg then we went on a bike ride all around the city. He skateboarded. We were down by pike place then down the water front then up to pioneer square. From there we went up to westlake and then up to his apartment on first hill.
After that I rode home to the Central District. I'm not sure how many miles I rode, but just a straight shoot down to Westlake from my house is 6 miles. It was awesome.
I also bought a pair of glasses today. I'm fucking stoked about that. I've been in contacts for the last, um 9 years without glasses at all. My eyes need a break. and it is going to be so awesome to be reading in bed and be able to just take off my glasses instead of getting up to take out my contacts.
It's going to rock. plain and simple.
And they are pretty cute too. Kinda like hot librarian glasses. or at least that's what greg said. Nice.
