I'm getting bored with things lately, although I'm excited about the big move at the end of the month, and about the wide array of statistical functions on Excel that I didn't know about. Why would you need to buy SPSS now?

I've never rented before. My mom gave me her house prior to this but it was a 2 bedroom ranch and waaay too small, so from what I've seen with rent and stuff around here I think we are waaay cheaper even with insurance and taxes and stuff.

I was fine. Until the fucking seller decided he wants to wait until the 7th. We just found out today and are scheduled to close in less than 48 hours. WTF! Everyone is trying to talk him out of it.
