The day you realise your 4 month long diet has been for nothing is when you buy yourself some gorgeous expensive trousers online to treat yourself for all the hard work... still in size LARGE, and they still wont fit over your fat ass. frown

check out the book "french women dont get fat"....it was on oprah today and aparently only 11% of french women are fat because they have "joie de vivre" and enjoy life, eat well, eat slowly, never diet, never go to the gym, never deprive themselves of their favorite food. Its about healthy lifestyle, not dieting. i wanna read it after im done with my current book.

Mind u, i can't see the need for u to be on one , yr sizzlin'.
