Since I seem to have a nice stable job, I've been looking into possibly buying a house. Nothing real nice, just my own place. My ideal would be a tiny place with a huge garage. 2 bedrooms would be fine. I'd like a basement, unfinished if possible, so I can make it a shop/smokeroom, and to keep the cost down. At least a 2 car garage. A decent lot in a quiet neighborhood so I can have some decent parties. Most importantly, close to work and friends. Now if only I can find the place.
