My poor car just can't catch a break. She got backed into again, pretty badly. Big jeep went right into the fender in front of the drivers side door. Pretty much demolished it. The girl driving the jeep is a good friend of my friend who I was staying with. She doesn't have insurance and after getting some sob story from both her and my friend, me being the nice guy I am I let her off the hook. I got the fender bent back out so that I can open my door and the tires don't rub after a few hours of work at the poor man's body shop: a big hammer, 3 big pieces of iron pipe, and a winch chained to a tree. It may look like shit but at least I will be able to drive it long-term.

So I'm still up in the fort staying with friends. I've been have a great time hanging out with one of my really good friends who moved out to Hawaii about 6 months ago. She's only back in town for a couple weeks though. I wish she would stay longer. We're going to go camping tomorrow though, that should be a great time.

I finally met sacred_dragonfly last weekend. She's totally awesomesauce. We went to a Mario and White Russian party, and I'm not talking new Mario, I mean several hours of old-skool Mario 3. Good times.
