1. Name
My name is Patrice. I was born very close to the St Patrick (March 20th to be exact) but my mom found Patrick too aggressive though.
2. Sign
As a kid, I always got told that I was a Pisces but recently, I have been talking about this and learned that I actually was an Aries because of the year and place that I was born.
3. Favourite TV show
It always changes but lately, I've been watching a lot of Brooklyn 99, Lucifer, Gotham, Altered Carbon and The Witcher.
4. Favourite drink
I always get iced tea when I can so I guess that I like it a lot.
5. Favourite alcoholic drink
I usually got for the classic rum & coke but if I am home I usually go for Kraken rum & 7up. I also love sweeter drinks.
6. Favourite season
Car season, is this a thing? To be more serious, it is summer. I live in Canada so we have a horrible winter that forces me to store my car for 6 months and I still have to pay for it during that time!
7. Favourite band
It is hard to answer this question as it always changes but for now, I'll say The Word Alive. Ever since 2014, when I found how nice they were to everyone. I started to listen to them a lot and with their new releases, I notice how much they have grown through the years.
8. Favourite store
I rarely go to the store as I tend to shop online but this question made me think about this. As funny as it might sound, I go to sex shops quite a bit.
9. Favourite kind of book
In my teenage years, I used to read quite a bit and I was always reading fantasy books. The magical and fantastic things in these work imagination a lot and it is something that I love.
10. What is a cause you are really passionate about?
Anything related to mental health. As I am affected by mental illness, this is a subject that I care a lot about.
11. What did you study or learn?
I studied a lot about computers. In high school, I got a certificate from a special program on computers. I also got a diplomat from the Cisco CCNA-1 course with an honorary mention. Lastly, I got a college degree in computer programming. I am specializing in web development and I try to learn more every day.
12. What is that one song that is stuck in your head?
It always changes but lately, I always have Monomania from The Word Alive in my head.
13. Where would you like to live?
I love Canada so I would prefer to live here but I hate our winters. If I could, I'd try to live 6 months here and 6 months in a hotter country. I don't know which yet as I haven't travel outside of Canada. I prefer to live in the city though.
14. Who influenced you most?
I have to say my dad influenced a lot. From my very young age, he has always been a very good father, husband, worker and etc. He has now been married to my mom for 25 years and he still does little things for her so I learned this from him. I also worked for 3 years with him in construction so I learned to be a hard worker like him.
15. Who is your favourite celebrity couple?
I don't know. Is this a good answer?
16. What is your most-used emoji?
It depends on who I am talking with but I'd say one of these 😂🤣😅.
17. What helps you relax?
Music is the easiest way to relax when I'm on my own.
18. What topic do you think shouldn't be taboo?
Kink and sexuality. I'm very open with all of this and I believe that no one should be ashamed about this.
19. What is the greatest accomplishment of your life?
I think that it is how far I've gone in life with my mental illness. I managed to go through college with an average of 90% with an untreated mental illness. It hasn't always been easy but I always managed to power through.
20. What do you want to achieve in your life?
I want to have my own programming project and be able to travel or live in another country while still being able to work and get an income.
