When you help another person that is out sick, on vacation or whatever... You find out very quickly who when they are out of there normal territory actually works, actually get shit done. You find out who just half ass's there files and then others get to clean up after them.... On a plus side you also find out quickly the shops that see you do your crap correctly and like to see you again vs debating on throwing you out of there location and the get the files fixed when someone that is worth there time comes back out.
