I’ve gotten back to my workout routine. Exorcise not only helps my body, but it helps my mind, clearing my head, reinforcing positive self talk, strengthening my self esteem and my core!
What is more comfortable than workout gear!?
I am so grateful that I am able to get a couple days off in a row! Also thankful to finally be moved and getting back into all my routines.
Keeping a clean home. Preparing clean food. Organizing my things and my thoughts!
I’ll be starting more crafts, reading more material, enjoying time!
This weekend I was able to finish a project for my nephews first baby. Baby girl Freya!
It is a soft, safe, rattle bear. She can fiddle her tiny fingers with the soft blanket, she can grab, shake, squeeze and even nibble on it if the comforts her! Everything is sewn tightly together so ther are no choking hazards!
