I have yet to start a gym membership.
Especially after the pandemic and knowing before hand that very little people have gym etiquette.
I have some yoga teacher training under my belt and Yoga is great! So challenging and relaxing!!
Plus I have exorcised for most of my life.
We all know there are home Aps to follow and Instagram Reels to help instruct and inspire!
My fitness center opened up last year once it was legally able to however it has recently become a graveyard of equipment.
I have plenty of my own semi professional equipment at home since for a period of time nothing/ not even the above ill equipped gym was available...
It is not a bad collection! However I could really used a better routine!
Soon! I will get back to my gym soon!
Public interaction needs to be exorcised and strengthened also! 🌺
