Thank you for all the birthday wishes. It sucked but I think I sabatoge my life. Maybe I perfer to be miserable. Eh? I'm opening my mind.

Maybe not so much sabatoge as self-defeating. You just got to stand up, say "I'm tired of all this shit," and clean house. Get rid of everything in your life that attributes to your negativity.
