Well I've been on this diet for a about a week now. I have been exercising my ass off. Literally, thats what I'm going for. But The scale hasn't changed, which I wouldn't expect this soon, but I'm seeing tone in my calfs and arms. *yippie* thats not sarcasm for once. I'm planning out meals for the week too. Tonight we are having Turkey and Wild Mushroom Meat Loaf Patties with Pan Gravy ---> Recipe

...there are probably better ways to get to know me then reading my journals...I say a lot of poetic things,given license, that are muddled...scale change involves less carbs...eat meat and veggies...weight will go poof...I am speaking in bursts...sorry...in a few years...after I have like 1000 poems...I'll think about publishing them, what do you think.

I crave french fries, hmm what else chips dip and icecream. and a vacation. not happening nay time soon i am sure. lol well other than hawaii but that isnt soon that is the middle to end of april. Hope frank is feelin better, and that i didnt trip you out about my comment before about having a crush on you. Didnt mean to least you know i wont come barging into your bedroom while your hanky pankying with the man lol i wouldnt do that anyways i am to shy lol. Ill just crush on you secretly. ok now i am red. blush smile
