I've been a baaaaaaaaaaaad boy.

I have treated my body poorly and now i am going to suffer the consequenses.

doc told me i have acid reflux disease.

Poor diet, lack of exersise. I really think alot of this has to do with working at IBM......it has changed my eating habits dramatically. I dont think the OJ and crossant in the morning was doing me any good....and then an apple for lunch would not help......and then having a big meal in the evening and occasionaly eating a night snack did not help either.




and of course taking "satan's jizz" or "ipecac" in the devil's tounge did not help my esophagus any better....but I at least rid my stomach of any unwanted shit. Though i did bust a shitload of capilaries around my eyes when my body was forced into vomit. ever watch that movie "total recall", remember when Ah-Nold fell outside in the end and was suffering from space madness, i mean decompression, and his eyeballs were bugging out all red and stuff.....thats what i looked like juiced up on satan's jizz.

doctor said i was brave....but i knew he added "stupid" to the adjectives to describe me in his mind.




i'm no longer 19, i am 32. hell jesuz died at 33. though i dont plan on pissing off any jewish preists, i need to take better care of my fagile innards.
