I am glad I am able to go to the gym after being too injured for too long. It is relaxing and refreshing to know I can get back to some thing I have had a real passion for. I've been beck for about a month and some change and I can already feel/see some good progress.

After two shoulder surgeries over 2 years I am finally well enough that I have been going to the gym. I am soo sore! I cannot wait to get past this "entry level" workout bullshit and get back into serious shape again!
