I am an endomorph. Or pretty close to it. If I wanted, I could be one of those burly dudes who couldnt wipe their own ass.
Of course, I dont like it.
I think it would look a lot better on someone who is 64, not 59.
I fight every day to keep in shape. I pay for my body in pain and sweat.
My project, as StrongMad put it, is to strip off as much fat as possible while retaining muscle mass.
If the average recreational bodybuilder would lose some fat, he'd actually look bigger. Although I'm 16 pounds lighter, the brand new V-taper makes my upper body look larger. And who wants "big" arms if they're shapeless and flabby? Because the fat is gone, my arms look more muscular because the muscles are visible and defined.
Basically, this is go 3 at this.
First time, around March, I ended up getting ill and stopping.
Second time, I made it about a week, but ended up being too foggy and irritable and getting too bogged down at work.
This time, I made it 4 days. On the 5th day, I consumed nearly twice the calories I had budgeted. Frustrated, today, I jumped off, and plan to start again tomorrow. I think if I can get through the first 10 days, I can make it 30 days.
It's possible to lose a lot of fat rapidly while retaining strength and muscle. It takes the right kind of nutrition, the right kind of training, and the right kind of supplements. But it is doable. And it can be done without prohormones, ephedrine or steroids.
By the way, I totally
