Ususally when people ask me what I do I say "computer stuff." This inevitably leads to "What kind of computer stuff?" where I usually go way further in depth than people care or understand, eventually explaining what our company does to clarify what I do. Shit, I have managers that don't understand what I do, and we're only about 120 people. Anyhow, my title is Performance Test Engineer, and I fall under the bucket of Quality Assurance.
So, the other day, my manager is trying to come up with some new ways to exercise the code since the devs are going to miss a milestone, and he starts with "We need to put our QA Hats on here." Immediately, it comes to my mind, "We don't have any QA Hats to (literally) put on, but I have the perfect idea of what they should look like!"

I think, on that same day that we ordered the QA Hats, I went out to lunch with Josh (Orange hat) and Corey. We had to stop by Corey's bank (so his rent check wouldn't bizzounce) and I saw the best summation of our culture EVAR. I am so going to hang something like this in my house, right after I get done building my solar death ray
