its hot here again! i cant deal with it!!! cant go swimming at mums for about a week - the paving has just been done and we arent allowed to walk on it. i wonder if we can jump off the roof? but then the question arises - how do we get back out?
im baby sitting my little step sister tonight. she hasnt stayed here in a while. shes 7 and bloody funny. everytime shes here, she watches the same 2 movies and quotes them line for line. i swear i nearly know all the lines to "the spongebob movie" and "hocus pocus". but i like "hocus pocus" so thats alright.
i really like having more time to myself now that i have a less chaotic job. ive been reading heaps more. and finally studying a bit. and i have more time to write letters and stuff. the last book i read was called "my sisters keeper" by jodi picoult. its was really really really good!! i balled my eyes out at the end. im a wimp like that. hell, i cried when sirius and dumbldore died! *sniff* but yeah. its about a young girl who sues her parents for the right to make her own decisions about how her body is used when a kidney transplant is planned in order to potentially save her older sister. theres a huge backstory to it. but yeah. its a brilliant read!!
not much planned this weekend. my dad has to look at my brakes and stuff. they are making the WORST crunching noise. hopefully i just need new brake pads. thankfully theyre pretty cheap.
its grans 92nd birthday on tuesday. were having an afternoon tea at nans tomorrow arvo. so that will be nice. its nice having grandmas again. i havent had a grandma for the last 10 years. its nice to be fussed over and spoiled.
my little sister stacey - her belly has gotten so big!! shes only got 2 months left till she pops. shes having a boy. my mum has gone baby crazy!! she has got some really adorable little things hey. she told us that she was walking through the girls stuff and cant wait to buy little dresses and things. i dont get as upset anymore. i think its because jarrad and i are taking those steps to help us get there ourselves. weve been to the doctor and he has to go do some tests. if everything comes back ok for him, then i get to have some more invasive tests. which im really really not looking forward to. but, i will do anything to be a mum!! ANYTHING!!!!
oh yeah. while at the doctors the other day - i jumped on the scales. ive lost about 5kgs since february!! thats 11 pounds!! i was so happy!!!! i think its because im not surrounded by fast food anymore. working at hungry jacks, i would have it for breakfast and for lunch. no wonder i put on so much weight!! but i feel better now. i walk around and lift alot at work. im going to get one of those pedometer thingys and actually work out how many steps i take a day. i want to loose another 10kgs. then ill be happy!!
anyway gorgeous people... im outta here. go and give your love to MissHavok. i think shes having a rough time and could do with some cheering up.

Hey baby..its starting to warm up here too...low 80's for now, but it will get worse!...That book sounds good, i might have to go pick it up..I love to read, and when things get chaotic, icant find the time either and I hate that...now that I have been getting things more settled, i have more time to read and its great!
