sometimes peopel just, i dont know, i just dont understand them, thier strange.
so ove rhte past few days i have been dealing with this lady custoemr, long story but her son lays wow on her pc, she thinks this makes it slow.
anywas over the past coupel of days she has been nothign but happy, all smiles and shit
anyway crunch time comes, she decideds to buy another pc for her self move old pc to son, nice.
al stil going fine.
UNTIL pickup time, im busy as fuck in shop more peopel commig in as i serve her, like maybe 9 other peopel in shop, i process her reciept, and say thanks i have to grab that phone ( as i say this both of my phones are rining of the hook)
i go out back answer phone 1, she starts taking stuff out, i run and grab phone 2, she sees this, and wuickly ask another group of custoemrs i thier right.
after trip 1 she coems back in, in servign another one of my 9 custoerms.
She stops, and says to me, your sales is great but your affter sale is terrible, im liek sorry?? she goes theirsno way you can help me out with this stuff? im like i have a store of custoerms, if you can wait till i get them al out i wil lock the door and help.
she agian says terible service.
on her final trip back in to collect eh last box, i say sorry i couldnt help you outside, if you could wait a few minutes i will help, i just have to get everyone out of the shop first, she says dotn worry, i apologize again adn say sorry any questions, call me and have a great weekend.
no im sittign here at work dazed and confused, wtf was her problem, she has seen how busy we are for the last 3 days and instaed of waiting int eh first palce she just starts takign stuff out.
