It's raining again..one nice day and back to the rain...This will be bad for the Winter Beer Festival I am attending tommorow in Oakland, but it won't stop me...I have drunk beer in the rain before.
I was eating a plate of nachos from the taqueria around the corner from the brewery last night...I was reading an article about the stranded health care bill, when I flashed on a memory of the most dangerous food in the world (according to the Public Interest folks)...tortilla chips...as I was eating, one of the chips must have gotten turned around somewhat and gouged out a nice chunk of my gums...I only had 30 minutes to eat, so I just stopped using salsa...Health Care and tortilla chips...that must be on page 2003...
I have to also turn in my requests for which beer fests I want to attend on the part of the brewery...Since I am not making my own schedule this year, I have to apply for the ones I prefer...I am actually thinking of sitting this year out...Won't that shock the powers that be???...
I can always go to any I want...just on my own dime...I hear there may be a new one in Salt Lake City...They have changed the laws for brewers in Utah...I do like finding new beers...even if they aren't that good...It's just the idea of having something I've never tasted before that appeals to me...

Tortilla chips? I assume you had your memory jogged about that warning by the gouging of the gum. Poor boy, I think you need a kiss to make you feel better. I am making beef quesadillas for dinner (you can have yours without salsa)
