Beautiful day...even with all the problems in the world... 
Making gumbo, drinking beer, listening to Tower of Power...and my house seasoning came out perfect the first time...I have never been satisfied with it the first time around...I always mess with it to get the perfect taste...usually takes me 30 minutes of tasting to find that point. Today, for the FIRST time in over a thousand attempts it IS perfect...I should write it all down...but then what would I do with my time the next time...???
I would like an extra set of hands though...you know....
