The road trip turned into a rollercoaster of ups and down, mostly up though, so I would have to say in the end it was worth it..... Now I get to go back to serving sushi to southbeach folk and working off all the debt that I magically accumulated during my trip. I am also on a mission to go to my studies hardcore, especially on the wine- I have to prepare for next summer's trip to Germany where I hope to recieve my somolier certification. I definetely have a lot of studying to do, i have been so slack this summer I think I smoked out all the information that i thought i knew before.....
