I'm sitting in my chef's office after a long, drawn out and very slow night up on the line. I love working in the kitchen..there are times when creating a special dish or simply making the perfect sauce can get me off better than most sex I've had (yeah, it's kinda extreme, but it is what it is....). I love the adrenaline of the kitchen, I love the hard work and I love creating above all else. but today, and more often than not lately I've been burnt out at this job.....
besides all that mishmash, everything else is simply going along like a mid-priced car on a partly cloudy day...nio complaints, just kinda boring
