after recieveing my first piece of major technology (I have resisted until now to become an owner of a computer, trying to avoid the inevitable) I decided to celebrate by becoming a member of SG....I couldn't think of anything else that makes me more comfortable with embracing this whole internet thing.... Now I think I'm actually going to look forward to getting on this thing sitting infront of me....
Other than that, I have to dedicate my thought process for the rest of the day to creating elegant, delectable platters for this thing called Garde Manger (It's a kitchen thing). Basically a really spiffy name for the part of the kitchen that creates hors D'oevres and little bites of things and fruit carvings, shit like that (it's like a chef's version of kitchen masturbation with really expensive toys)
