My god, a punctured heel does not sound good. Did you get a tetanus shot? The wound must hurt like hell -- and you have to be on your feet all weekend! I'm sorry about that.

That is so funny about your mom setting up your brother. I can't imagine my mom being involved in orchestrating my romantic life AT ALL. Tallk about different worlds.

and yeah... that sucks about the weekend/weekday quandry. from what i've seen it looks like richmond has weekday stuff going on all the flipping time... dunno so much about round here.

Gosh, you're such a sweetheart.

I think it's musicians who are most prone to break hearts. A woman is "second fiddle" to a man's music. At least that's my experience. I'm sure it's not always the case (in case there are any male musicians reading this.) Men who are attentive to language, however, I have found, also are attentive to their beloveds. So I think they're least likely to break hearts -- BUT if they do, the breakage is all the more horrible because all of that attentiveness has been lost.

So much for my theories. Keep workin' that black book.
