Finished my voice certification......exhausting and emotional ending, so we will see if I get ceritified. I did something I never do,,,,,,went out three nights in a row very late.........1st one went to see a friend named Drazy Hoops play in NYC at the Living Room, he was quite good.....stayed up really late talking to college friends about getting old, and lots of political discussion: time to bed 3:30.......2nd night party with the other people on the certification, the waitress turned out to be an ex-student who It took me a while to recognize, lets just say she has grown-up in many good ways, and is extremely cute.....hmmmmmmmm........time to bed 3:40am.....3rd night went to SGNY open call which is a new experience for me, normally it is very difficult for me to be in a group of people I do not know......many people there made me feel very welcome, so it was a good night.....time to bed 4:30 am.......so today I am doing a whole lot of nothing, and I am happy about that......Hope everyone's Sunday is lovely

performing: as far as i know, i'm not doing any public concerts until march (i was planning to leave nyc in sep/oct, although maybe things will happen now that i'm still here)... and i've got a private concert in this woman's home in october, but i can't invite people to that. so march is a cabaret show, an older amateur (but VERY good) cabaret singer.
i've got a friend who's also a shakespeare/movement specialist. sometimes we double-team my singers and he does alexander-ish type stuff and works on acting, and i do diction/music stuff. he just won a big audition though (i'll tell you but NOT in this public forum) so now he's too big-time for me!
