So Ive been really sick lately near death (not really but thats how it feels). Im all stuffy, and coughing non stop. I went through 2 bottles (on my third) of Nyquil in less than a week. I cough so much that I have these wonderful headaches by the end of the day. When I exhale all the way, I can hear this gargling in...

There's no rule against snapping at the kids--probably be good for them, actually. "Hey, Kid, are you as dumb as your mother over there? There are clothes in there, see? Stop being stupid, or you'll be poor forever." Yeah, sink some psychological barbs in there...they'll wake up at nights remembering the time they popped open your drier and stopped the clothing, wondering if Santa hates them. Oh, that's a good one, too! "Hey, Kid, you do that one more time, and I'm calling Santa on his personal line. The elves are already overworked, so that's one less toy for them to make...won't bother Santa Claus."

Of course, this is when parents decide to act like they're parental. But that's easy enough. "Oh, so YOU're the parent. I was beginning to think we had an orphan over here." Or: "You're his parent?" "YES!" "How's that working out for you?" (or) "Then parent/act like one." Whatever.

The last election made up my mind for me. I'm no longer giving stupid people the benefit of the doubt. I'll hurt their feelings. I don't care. Because I'm suffering thanks to their stupidity. So no more being polite. I've started calling people out and forcing them to recognize their inadequacies. Maybe I'm now an asshole...but if I wake them up, I'm still one of the good guys.

Well, it was cool meeting you. Sorry to add you as a friend and then take off, but I'm riding off into the sunset, at least until the sequel...

So to get more familiar with me I have OCD. What I have is very mild, and doesnt dramatically affect my life. You might never know I had it if you didnt pay close attention to some of the stupid things I do. For instance I ate at Chick-fil-A last week. It was at the mall, and they give all their food out in a...

ha! What a fortune cookie. I should tell you now that I also don't drive...at all. Like your Gimpy friend, I have no license, never bothered to get one (an interesting series of incidents, which came in a wide variety of flavors, led to this).

Thanks for the fade away song. I know it's gotta be good if they put it right in the title. I had over 100 f.a. songs catalogued, but then my computer ate the file, and the only print-out I had made before was when I'd had only 68. I've been able to fill back in a number of those I lost, including Grateful Dead's Not Fade Away, which I have on MP3. Now there's a fade away song.

Ha, yes, nothing in my journal. That's because I get up in the morning, go to work, fix stuff, go home... sleep... repeat. Not very interesting is it?

I could talk about last Friday night. We went out to a bar in York, PA called The Waterway. Its not a club-like bar, its more of a hang-out type bar. Pool tables, outside patio, video games...

starry_eyed said for me to come by and welcome you to the boards. I'm another one of those get up, work, eat, sleep kinda folks on the internet. Fortunately, there's alot more cute girls than ugly guys like me, so this works out to be a nice distraction smile
