Sorry folks it took so long to get back, I was back in my home town for a week. I finally had some time off, so I ended up going to the national art museum.
Very nice stuff, but there is one piece that annoyed me the most. As you all know contemperary art goes well beyond the traditional view of art. I always agree that art isn't questionable , and it should sometimes reflect a personal statement. But the one piece that angers me is the voice of fire by barnett newman ( there is a pic of it in my pictures) Its not the fact that its simplistic but it the fact that our govement has begged to have that piece and paid 1.7 million dollars for it!
As a personal artist my self I feel a little disgusted. I have seen other pieces that has shows little merit before and people have paid stupid prices to get it. But this one really takes the cake, and I wish some one would by my crap for at least 50 bucks!

gonna see how we're doing for money at the end of the week and see if we can get a quote sorted for the cartoon transfers...we have to get a shop sign done first and thats gonna set us back a fair bit
