I feel the need to run. Mabye its because I haven't been very physical of late and am feeling out of shape. Sorta like a bent up hanger. Or a bumper thats been dented. Or a peice of candy that used to be all round but has been sucked on until its not so round. So after work today, I will run....and finally catch my spirit animal.
